1. How do I find my hotsync id?
A: Your hotsync id is shown on the EZGo registration screen.
Please see the figure below:
Note: Your hotsync id is case sentsitive for us to generate
your registration code.

2. How do I update the currency database?
A: Please follow the steps below:
- Download the currency database file that you need from our web site:
http://www.isimus.com/ezgo/download.htm
- Save the file to your local hard disk
- Run "Palm DeskTop" program (PC side)
- Click "Install" button
- Click "Add..." button
- Select the file that you just downloaded
- Click "Open" button
- Click "Done" button
- Put your Palm on the cradle
- Press HotSync button
