1. How do I find my Pocket PC owner name? A: To get your owner name, please select "Settings>Owner Information" on the "Start" menu. Please see example below: (the owner name is case sentsitive for us to generate your registration code)
2. What kind of file formats are supported for "Talking Album" function? A: EZGo can read .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .2bp, and .xbm files for photo file, and .wav file for sound file. Goto Top 3. I purchased EZGo already, but I never got a registration code. What can I do? A: Please email us at support@isimus.com as soon as possible. We'll give you a registration code. Goto Top 4. The registration code that I got didn't work. What can I do? A: Please make sure what your owner name is and email it to us at support@isimus.com. We will give you another code. Goto Top 5. How do I update currency database file? A: There are two ways you can do. If you are a registered user and your pocket pc can connect to the Internet. You can update the file from your pocket pc directly. Please goto "Currency Settings" dialog and tap "download" button to download the currency database file.
